The "My Life in Colors Collection" is a series of mood tracker calendars, that I initially started out designing for a friend that was suffering of mood swings and depression due to the social distancing that we are going through right now.

The period tracker consists of 365 small circles to cover 1 year of cycles. Each circle equals one day in your cycle. You can start this calendar whenever you want. Important is to start it at your first day of period as this is when your cycle begins. Every start of a cycle is marked by a red circle but this is just an estimate. The length of a period can be different from person to person and cycle to cycle. Each color from the bottom color chart stands for a symptom or emotion. It's the most common effects humans with cycle experience. If you have some special symptoms/emotions you can add them into the blank lines besides the chart.

Make some time at the end of each day to assess your own emotions and body feel. Choose the color for the one that was the most dominant throughout the day. To a cycle is more than just pasting your period time into a calendar. A cycle is full of various emotions and body symptoms. With this calendar you get closer to what your are going through each month. And in the end it might be more colorful as you think. ;)
