My Life in Colors Collection is a series of mood tracker calendars, that I initially started out designing for a friend that was suffering of mood swings and depression due to the social distancing that we are going through right now.
The calendar consist of over 4000 small squares. Each square equals one week in your life, one row of squares is 1 year and the total comes up to the average life span of a human being of 80 years. Each color from the bottom color chart stands for an emotion...positive and negative. I choose the colors regarding the color psychology concept.
Make some time at the end of each week to assess your own emotions. Choose the color for the one that was most dominant feeling throughout the week. This trains you in categorizing your emotions and reflecting on what's happening in your life. Sometimes all seems bad but if you look on it from a distance you'll see that your life is more colorful as you might think and maybe it even creates the most beautiful pattern for you. You never know. ;)
