My Life in Colors Collection is a series of mood tracker calendars, that I initially designed for a friend that suffered of mood swings and depression during the Covid 19 pandemic.
The "My Year in Colors 2025" calendar consist of over 365 squares to fill in. Each square equals one day in your life. Each color from the bottom color chart stands for an emotion...positive and negative. I chose all colors regarding standard color psychology concepts but feel free to add your own colors and emotions to the list.
Make some time at the end of each day to assess your own emotions. Choose the color for the one that was most dominant feeling throughout the day. This trains you in categorizing your emotions and reflecting on what's happening in your life. Sometimes all seems bad but if you look on it from a distance you'll see that your life is more colorful as you might think and maybe it even creates the most beautiful pattern for you. You never know. ;)
